I couldn't find any information online about this tube. Any info is

There is a pair on e-bay -- sez SIMILAR TO 4CX250 EIMAC/VARIAN

went for a good price. I think that is a Russian part number. That was me that bought them. I asked EIMAC, and they said they were a version of 4X150A specialized for audio (= gold plated grid). Mystery solved. |
