I am wanting a base antenna to put atop my tv tower. I am considering
building a j pole or a ground plane. Which in your opeiong is better and why? Also, most ground planes I see are for 1/4 wave. Is a 5/8 wave better? What about a full wave? I plan on using 2 meters and maybe 440. |

It doesn't appear you plan on doing anything except asking redundant questions. |

The J pole will work better, if it is built properly
