Austria: Nocode LIS from Sept?

Just if anybody is interested, there are people writing on
the packet network here in Austria, that we will get
access to shortwave without a code test sometime in september,
on a provisional basis.

CEPT 2 licensed Amateurs will go on the air with their
usual OE calls, if this message is right.
