State police / Highway Patrol Freqs

says... I drive the interstates and I am looking for a site that has the freqs. used by state police/Highway patrol so I can monitor road conditions, accidents, etc as I drive. I only need freqs. for the roads I'm driving. Can anyone help? Thanks much!
