- What frequency & time is best for picking up Pirates ??

I suppose the two signals that I am receiving now on 6955 and 6925 are
pirate radio stations? (23:23 UTC)

we have been hearing a little on 6975 and last month I think I heard some
activity around 6990 so search all over that area once in a wile.

I've got something on 6944.70 in LSB at 0305-UTC. He's been playing
music and may be getting ready to sign off. There was a reference to
some Minneapolis FM stations.
