AURORA OUTLOOK: Sky watchers should be alert for auroras tonight. A solar wind stream is flowing
toward Earth from a coronal hole on the sun, and auroras could appear when the stream arrives on
March 9th or 10th. The best displays will be at high latitudes--e.g., Alaska, Canada, and perhaps

Always a good idea in cases like this. Had my rig on for a while with
the beam Nort-East (I'm in Southern California and that direction
works best for me) and tuned around for a while ....... nothing yet.
Perhaps tomorrow will be a different story - I hope!
