Default Help with MUF while traveling listen to the Ham Bands (Delaware to Texas)

I will be traveling and need an experienced person to answer a question
on Maximum Usable Frequency (MUF) I will be traveling to San Antonio
from Delaware and will stop on my first leg in Knoxville during the day
what band from this distance is active back into Delaware DAY:_____
Night__________
now what about from Little Rock to Delaware DAY:______NIGHT______
San Antonio Day:_______________ Night__________________
What frequencies should I listen to that will allow me to hear people
back into Northern Delaware/Philadelphia. I will be listening only and
when I get back hopefully I'll be licensed for these band as I will
have off time to study. Thank you

MUF for what vector direction.
Try IONCAP / VOA-Area / REC533!
