Are there plans on the net for making your own coax surge supressor?
(Lightening protection)? I cannot seem to find any but hear there are. |

for Single Frequency operation , a Quarter-Wave Shorted stub can be
"Tee-ed" anywhere into the feedline and wired directly to a suitable Ground point . For DC it appears as a Dead Short on the Transmission Line and a Open Circuit at the Operating Frequency .. yukio YANO wrote in message oups.com...
