Help with TM-V7A, DCS isn't working...?

Help with TM-V7A, DCS isn't working...?

Well, anyone know why the DCS wouldn't be working on a TM-V7A.... CTCSS
works fine but when I press the F-hold then DCS, it just beeps like it
should and the display remains unchanged. Any ideas? Please email and
