Today, March 29, 2006, the FCC issued a Forfeiture Order for $21,000 agains Glenn Baxter K1MAN. This is the long-awaited follow-up to the Notice of Apparent Liability issued against K1MAN earlier. In the Forfeiture Order, the Commission rejected all of Glenn's tortured pseudo-legal arguements as not applicable. At all. Even a bit. Mr. Baxter has 30 days to pay up the $21,000, or his deadbeat account will be assigned to the US Justice Department for collection.
