Default Stolen VOR QSL?

It took almost 5 months and finally a letter arrived the other day from the
Voice of Russia. I noticed right away that the envelope was already loosely
open and somewhat un-glued. Inside I found a few letters with schedule and
other information about VOR, BUT NO QSL!!!!

AARRRGG!!!

I guess I'll try again.
