FS Yaesu FT-8500 with problem

This FT-8500 evidently has a problem with the processor. It apparently
scrambles all the frequencies as soon as it is turned on like in scan mode
and cannot be stopped. The detachable head is fine as it works well on
another rig. Has MH-39 Mic, Manual, and box. Asking 135.00 shipped.
