Wanted AE base spring like thing for Syncal30

I looking for the 'spring'like thing that allows the whip Ae to be
set at a angle to the set ..

I assume it plugs into the whip socket and the Ae plugs into it ?
it cannot be a 'spring' as such more like a swan neck?.

Any offers ?
