IFR Monitor repairs needed

I have a IFR 1000 service monitor that needs repair. It will
work from 100-200, 300-400, 500-600. 700-800, 900-1000 Mhz. It does
not work on the even freq ranges (ie 200-300, 400-500, 600-700 etc)

Any suggestions on repair or someone that can repair this unit
would be appreciated.....
