WTB: QRP Xcvr

7 or 10mhz CW only xcvr 2-25 watt, for enthusiastic new hndicapped Ham on
public assistance with little or no money. I gave him a 10A power supply
and dual band dipole antenna + a CW key. I have items to trade or sell,
this will be the last time I assist him for a while. tnx AL
