The only really sensible one of these four included is alt.telescopes.meade I would assume that everyone on Usenet who is interested in astronomy is aware of the option to subscribe to astronomy groups, and you do not need to post to every other newsgroup where anyone who might possibly have an interest in astronomy might see it. Otherwise, Usenet might as well just have one giant newsgroup for all interests combined.
