Bill Mintz passed away several months ago and it has taken his daughter all
this time to organize the stuff he left behind. It would be of interest to
collectors and those who want parts to restore older items.

Primarily it consists of radio-phonographs, turntable-cassette decks,
receivers with 8-track and turntables, portable phonographs (including some
children's models), and a lot of turntables (including RCA 45 players), belt
drive, etc.

The list is approximately as follows:

11 phono-radio consoles - includes brands as Sears, Olympic, Delmonico,
Packard-Bell, Magnavox, Symphonic, GE, RCA Victor. Two are particularly
interesting, the Magnavox that has AM and shortwave and phono, and the RCA
Victor which has two turntables, one for 45s and the other standard, plus
radio.

117 turntables, including some 45 rpm RCA units

Several receivers with 8-track players and turntables

5 or more cassette decks

12 or more portable phonographs including Mickey Mouse, Sesame Street, and
adult types

12 pairs of speakers

2 DAT recorders, Sony

Except for the last item, these are all available at bargain prices for
parts or refurbishing. Condition is mostly unknown but they are pretty
complete. (The tubes alone in some of these are valuable.)

The equipment is in Los Angeles, specifically in the San Fernando Valley.
