FS: Motorola Visar VHF with accessories

I have a used Mot Visar VHF hand held w/speaker mic,leather swivel case,
battery, dual charger, radio, antenna and a new front face plate. It is
working order I have been using it for public safety purposes. It is a 16
channel radio with scan, I do not have the ability to program it. Would
like 350 for all or best offer if your interested reply to this.
