GP300 5 tone select programming

GP300 5 tone select programming

Dear Group I tried to program a GP300 5 tone Select radio
and the software comes up error 21 radio not supported.
Is there a different software I need to program this model ?

I can program a regular 2 channel gp300 with it no problem.
