WTB: KW ts-830 & Icom IC745 DOA or parts rigs

Looking for cheap DOA or parts rigs. Specifically Kenwood TS-830
and also an ICOM IC-745. Dont need any high-priced goldmines, just
ones I might be able to use to get my project rigs going this winter.
