Problem vith Visar Radio

Hello

I have a rib from Sandy Ganz

It work fine for Gp300 and one of my Visar radio

BUT i have 2 Visar`s there NOT can be read or write

i have 2 versions of software but nothing help

any one have a idea ? hove to make contact to the visars
