Get real - the testing requirement for ham radio will always be there. They're
just getting with the times, and with the rest of the world by eliminating an
outdated section of the test.

Perhaps the best way to ensure actual knowledge of ham radio is not to publish
the answers for all to study. That would force potential and upgrading hams to
actually learn instead of memorize.
