Yes,I did check feedback. Strangely- it was fairly positive...The good
news is these people seem to be chased off E-bay at present time. |
May I suggest filing a complaint at: http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp After you file your complaint you have to keep at them to get the job done. Remember, they are dealing with the entire country on internet fraud. That's the civilian extension of the FBI internet fraud division located in Morgantown WVA. They are busy but pretty nice to deal with and it's FREE, sorry, our taxes are paying for that service. It took me 4 months to receive the refund. I paid via postal money order for a ts-830 and it arrived damaged. I have to file a complaint to get my money returned. The Portland CT police entered the case and with in a week after the jumped on board I received a refund minus the shipping. I also filed with the BBB. Don't bitch here it does not good. It's not ebay who screwed you, it was the seller. I also agree that all ebay wants is their listing fee and the hell with the bidders. They do put up a good story about safe bidding but that's just BS. |
On the lighter side:::
The seller need the funds to get married with the rest of San Fransisco. Arthur Pozner wrote: Yes,I did check feedback. Strangely- it was fairly positive...The good news is these people seem to be chased off E-bay at present time. |
