Default WTB: Basic HF

Looking for a basic working solid-state HF tranciever for under $200.
I don't need all the bells and whistles, but I do not want to have to
deal with tubes. Just need something to get me on the air.

Suspect u want to keep tabs on e-bay, for example there is a TS-130S
Kenwood - all solid state for current bid of $175
