Icom IC 736 problem - RadioBanter

Icom IC 736 problem

My 736 is locked in Scan mode.when turn on it starts to count down
,can`t stop it..I have done the RESET ..It will tune in a freq but
starts to scan down from there..any ideas/ thanks Harold W4PQW
