FS/FT Rohn Tower

I have a Rohn HBX 40 ft tower. Still has the bands on the sections and
mounting feet. Never been taken apart. Has the rotor plate. Will handle 10sq
ft. and is free standing. I need a crank up tower that will nest to less
than 15 ft. as I'm disabled and unable to climb but, I can get to the roof
of my house. A tower isn't the only thing I would consider. Offers??????
