FA: Icom IC-730 HF Radio Fixer-Upper or for Parts

Greetings:

I have a "fixer-upper" Icom IC-730 HF radio and it's
matching power supply in separate auctions on Ebay.

The radio has some electrical issues, but the power
supply is in good working condition.

Radio is item # 5721306764 and
power supply is # 5721307393
