FS or FT Scanner, Meter, TE Sys AMP

I have a non working TE systems NON working AMP 440 Model 4452G 175 Watts .
The amp was purchased not working . I would to swap this for a 2/440 mobile
rig.

Bird 43 Meter w/ a 2-30 Mhz slug $ 120.00
Gateway 2500 Laptop 366 Mhz w/ 4 gig CDROM 1.44 FDD NIC Card USB Ports running
Win 2000 Power Charger included Battery will not hold a charge $165.00
