I didn't read the whole manual because my connection is too slow, but:

- If there's provisions for tuning, make sure you're tuned for maximum output
(put the TV where you can see it and tune for best picture).

- Try a better antenna, either on the transmitter or the receiver.

- Try a different TV, perhaps you have another that has better sensitivity.
