Default Remote Control of Lights via CB radio signal ??

Try a tone decoder on the audio out of cb, to control a SS relay(s) that
turn on various loads. Can easily handle 500W per relay depending on SS
relay, and the tone can be changed/programmed for more than just one
function...

The entire purpose is to turn on 2 500 watt floods !! Did you read the

Your suggestion would not get me even close to the stated goal.

Go to Radio Shack and buy one of those color organ boxes. Connect the
speaker output of the CB to the unit. Set it outside and give it a go.
Keep in mind these units control a set of low wattage bulbs so don't
wire it to a 300 watt flood lamp!
