I'm looking for the mic plugs that used to come with the GR300 repeater
packages. The plug that goes in place of the mic in the front of the radio
to close the ground.
I only need a few, so if you have a couple and are looking to get rid of
them email me directly.

It is a common RJ45.
You can get them almost anywhere.
I seen them in Wal-Mart here.
Radio Shack as well:

I believe he is looking for the factory rubber-coated "jumper" plug for GR
and M type repeaters, to cancel the monitor function in that type setup.
But you are correct, make them just as easily with radio shack RJ45's and a
small length of wire to cut up for jumpers.
