If it is from Radio Shack, it has been discontinued. Model # 19-345
Runs off of 4 AAA batts, supplied with a 3 prong to two double prong
mini plugs. One3/32" plug is to mike jack, other 1/8" plug is to
earphone jack, with 30 seconds of voice storage.

I have one NIB never used!
