Using Google, used R7's go from $125 to $175

And re "use a dipole" -- fine if your wife and HOA allows it
But best get the dipole up a half wavelength -- thats 64 feet at 40M as I
recall
Thats why some folks use verticals with its inherent low angle of radiation

Hi all,

Does anybody have an idea what a used Cushcraft R-7 Vertical HF Antenna is
worth these days?? It's in good condition.

If you have an idea please contact me directly.

Thanks,

Doug W3IIY "
