What bothers me is that all his auctions have "hidden bidders"...this
sends up a red flag to me right off the bat....Bill wrote: Have dealt with Martyn on several occasions, and have met him personally....yes his prices get high, but it is an auction, so he will only get what the market will bear, Have found him personable, honest, and quick to reply on e-mails YMMV |

His prices get high probably because he shill bids with his "gottahaveit"
account, he too often sells things that he deliberately misrepresents, I was one of his numerous victims, bought a radio that looked good in the photo's and was told it was in great shape, NOT! On the inside (no photo's), only fair, case repainted and radio smoked as soon as plugged in. He does sell quite a bit of good stuff, but Buyer Beware with him! wrote in message ups.com... Thanks wayne and others...I know of know outstanding
problems...when I make a mistake I cover it...couldnt be here if I didnt. and whats an extra 50 bux when you have a gaurantee eh? I have no problem with those who sell for less, they know what thier stuff is worth. Mines worth a little more though usually my price is just the goin price. AND if its wrong I make it right. dont sell much here with the snakes anymore, but you can find em on QTH.com anyway, most of that "KNOW" know Im doing fine. Those of you that wonder, should ask!!! Buying your Icom 746 or 746 Pro for a fair quick price paid TODAY...and yeah another guy will get it for 50 or 75 bux or even a hundred more, but he wont buy from YOU,(you being the naysayers, I cant believe yall still talk about me I left this snakey place years ago) they will buy from me though. I have more customers than I can possibly buy radios for. I can be honery though...Take it or leave it. I love you guys that love me!! You that dont, you just dont know me. Or maybe you do????????? 73 Murray http://www.myradioranch.com Wayne wrote: the mental wonder wrote: Who is this ham on ebay call him self, radio mart? Anybody dealt with this dude? "mental wonder" That would be Murray Neese down in Texas somewhere. I bought a Yaeseu radio from him some years back. It arrived not functioning right, probably damaged in shipment. He immediately refunded my money, including shippng both ways. He was a class act on that transaction. There are many other folks, however, that have had negative experiences with him and are glad to bad mouth him. Most of what I remember reading about the complaints are basically that they want to buy mint condition radios for next to nothing and are upset that Murray seems to find radios at low cost and then sells them for whatever the market will bear. When the problem seemed to involve what you might call "customer service", it seems that the complainers would first get online and denounce him as a crook before attempting to reasonably work out a solution. I won't deal with assholes either. There may well be some legitimate complaints against him, but I don't know about them. I agree, his prices are on the high side, but then he doesn't set them, the other bidders do. If you don't want to pay that much, don't buy it. Wayne, KEØBZ |

Thanks Woody, tell it like it is!!! And besides ,I hardly ever buy or
sell on ebay. they dont protect the buyer, they nearly always protect the crooked seller. But I wish I owned it!!! 73 Murray Woody wrote: Murray?? NO WAY.... NOT POSSIBLE. Radio Mart is a guy I've heard a lot of crooked stories about..... Murray Neece is a legit businessman, and trustworthy. I've had dealings [usually over $1K each] with Neece, and I guarantee he made MINIMAL profit and MAXIMUM customer satisfaction. Worked out a problem on our second deal like I was his kin. Would deal with him anytime. Oh, and for the original troll who needs an English class... Most people who sell things on a regular basis *are* in it for the money. Funny thing, try as I may, the power company just won't take my good looks and winning smile as payment. rb "Wayne" wrote in message ... the mental wonder wrote: Who is this ham on ebay call him self, radio mart?
