I have a DX-302 for sale, it receives fine but note that:
1) the tuning range is 000 to 900 instead of 000 to 1000, needs an alignment
2) the BFO fine tune variable cap is gone
3) the wide filter is removed for hi fi reception. it uses a 455kHz filter

will also include the service manual on CD and 8 new high capacity C NiCD's
since the 302 will work on C cells
