Actually, this is the publishing of an order made around January concerning
changes to 3rd party agreements, and is a separate issue from the code docket. It is good to see it is now published and in effect, but I don't think this is the actual publication that will authorize their stance on code elimination. David KD4NUE "R.F. Below is the press release that should give a hint on the Leagues estimate
of the Code decision going into effect. They indicate changes due "mid year" and use a July 1st Benchmark.
