How do you do a reset when it doesn't even turn on ? Doesn't it need to
start up to do a reset ? Diane

Try doing a hard reset first, worth a try. If you don't know how, you can

46 Scanner. I was SO SURE that someone helping me move took it .. and I
hated thinking that. But this weekend we [Volusia County Florida] got

one .. the Realistic Pro 46 didn't have trunking .. but ALL freq were
wide
open. So I brought the scanner inside .. turned it on .. nothing .. Of
course nothing .. the batteries probably died a few years ago .. so I
got
some double a's .. put them in .. NOTHING .. plugged it in the wall ..
NOTHING .. Whether I am using the hole for charging or just a/c ..
NOTHING
..

Question is .. Do I put it out in the front yard with the desk I found
it
in
??? Or is there some hope of salvaging this scanner. Thanks ..
