Try out the "Time Zone Browser" in KCal+, which is "QSLware" or in
Beacon-Time Wizard. Browsing the time zones, and observing effects without
changing your system clock, provided by windows is interesting. Also useful
for figuring out current time "elsewhere" in the world.

England observes Daylight savings so does UTC reflect this?
Chaning my time clock on my computer to GMT gives me the daylight
saving option. I can check that box and then the clocks dont match.
So might one infer UTC does NOT reflect daylight savings?
