Most of the world no doubt sees the Missile defense shield as a means
of preventing revenge attacks after the US goes on a conquest binge
under the guise of pre-emptive, before the fact obliteration of
another dozen countries. Scary? Sure, but plausible.
The first country the USA ever attacked was Libya. We've been ****ing
with the Moslems ever since. Their wariness is warranted. Bin Laden
has a list. The toughest thing on it is for us to deal fairly with
Israel and Palestine and to not take sides in that struggle. Seems
doable.
