I have used that tape, or a product just like it--but prefer the epoxy...
you can work it like clay--strong as steel and apparently excellent
insulating qualities... wonderful stuff really...

| You need to buy a roll of cablers seal , sold under different names but
| its essentially butyl rubber tape that pressure seal when rapped , only
| a few bucks a roll and lasts a decade ( sticks really well but try to
| remove it )
