That's not what the passage you cited says.
But you see, they can pretty much do what they want. Of course
armchair lawyers think they can win these cases in court. Go ahead. If
you think you can say anything you want on the air, have a ball. When
you have your ass handed to you by the FCC, give me a jingle, I'll be
