He assumed that the US wouldn't use its entire arsenal against China.
The general was referring to six cities. The US has 15 THOUSAND
nukes-enough to turn most of the populated areas of China into fused
glass. That number is also likely far greater than the number of nukes
China posesses. If China really thinks it can wipe out the US and get
through relatively unscathed, I'm afraid they're sadly mistaken. The CCP
bosses would find themselves trapped in their bunkers with no way out
and a quickly depleting food and water supply, not to mention air.
