Great. That thar is a shootin' offense, sorry, offenCe, yessir.

We have courts for that. We may not like the ponderous process and
the unfortunate celebrated screwups it has produced, but it beats
shooting a guy in the head AFTER you've captured him.


You suffer the same problems in America so dont give me that. It was a one
of rare occurance thats why it was so well publicised. He was taken down and
shot because at the time it was genuinely thought he was a train bomber. If
the police had held back or tried to arrest him as they would in any other
circumstance other than a terrorist alert with the recent bombings making
the police on "high" alert, and he had actually detonated a bomb you would
be critical then also for not taking him down when they had the chance.
You have no time for negotiation or confrontation with these guys as they
are prepaired to die and dont give a damn who they take with them... in fact
the more the merrier... its not like dealing with your average criminal. The
second they realise they have been discovered the bomb goes off...
It is a tragic cock up.. i agree.. but no way is it a common occurance.
