Avoid any interaction at all by switching in a 330 pf
series capacitor for 10m operation and use one vertical
for both bands.

But before you do anything, measure the SWR of that
102 inch vertical on 10m. EZNEC says it will be only
about 1.5:1, close enough to a match for most people.

Or compromise and cut the vertical to resonance on a
frequency half way between 11m and 10m. I'll bet the
SWR will be acceptable on both bands.
