research on how to build one. I went to the local hardware store to buy
everything I needed. I built myself a 7 turn helix centered at 260mhz
and I use a cable tv pre-amp on it as well. I have got some excellent
results from it and the signal comes in crystal clear. I can hear
several of the fleet relay transponders and clear comms, pirates
talking and some russian phone relays. below is a list of my logs that
I have monitored today.
