What difference does it make?

Everyone is getting their license per the regulations that qualify one for
a license at the time. Don't hate your fellow hams. This goes against what
ham radio stands for.

If you have a beef, it is with the FCC.

No, it's with the dead beats who cry because they were to lazy to
learn the code, world wide.
