Default Electron ratio to form a radiation field

Sorry people if I step in, but I really don't understand a word of
this thread.
(I'm a telecomunnication engineer though).

R=V/I (ohm's law) is a ratio and its dimensional result is ohms.
What's wrong with Zo beeing dimensionally in ohms and beeing a ratio?
