I have. The B+ connection is on the bottom, underside of the chassis, and
the plate connection is on the top.

Basically the same as in beam tetrodes in the same power class, yes.
There are tons of them; one good way to figure it out is to get your
hands on an ARRL handbook of the appropriate vintage and go shopping
among the transmitting and horizontal sweep tubes for ones that look likely.
