Answering the question "What killed IBOC?" will perplex us for many
years. Coming up with an answer is like determining "the" cause of
death of a person who was shot in the head, ingested deadly poison,
was struck by a car, jumped off a cliff and was beheaded all at a
single instant. Which cause is "the" cause of death? I don't know, but

What's interesting, is that I read that HD Internet streaming is
having to pay the royalty fees, and I can no longer stream from
clearchannelmusic.com/hdrado and audiographics.com/agd/080207-1.htm -
like they have been disabled.
