Had that happen to me once-- I said "Ships to U.S. Only" for one
particular auction and high bidder was a Canadian, eh. Not sure if he
didn't understand the "U" or the "S" or the "Only". It pays to keep an
eye on your bidder's location, but you're sort of stuck if they snipe
and don't leave you enough time to bounce their bid.

Interesting...and confirms what I've already discovered. Don't know why,
but I've had an easier time sending eBay stuff to Japan, Hong Kong,
Taiwan and South Korea than Canada. (Exception- Canada seems OK for
items small enough for U.S. Mail).
